Founders AJ Sahni and Dhaval Gadhvi were freelancers, freelancing for many funded-startups. They found it very difficult to find development partners that were elastic, had a growth-driven process and agile enough to work coherently with fast-paced funded startups. In essence, it was almoston-existent. That’s why in 2016, PICWA was born by coding digital products for funded-startups and enterprise companies. From there, we established strong partnerships with companies like DayTwo ??, TerriTool ??, GrabNGo ?? , CaravanRE ?? and built a development team to support our clients growing developmenteeds. Since then, we’ve grown to a team of 18 developers and have built over 28 digital products and 3 that are patent-pending. We’re passionate about working in growth environments to help funded-startups + growth companies achieve their digital goals quicker and effectively. 3 years later, we realised that the big 4 management consultancies were the go-to for automated solutions and often saw the cost of running a project like this would be out of reach for most medium-sized businesses. This is when the PICWA team decided to cost-effectively build RPA solutions with the objective of having processes and tasks done quicker, easier, and accurately for medium-sized businesses. These 2 disciplines combined have allowed PICWA to dramatically increase the acceleration of growth for funded-startups and growth-based companies when compared to traditional development agencies.
