A fully customisable drag-and-drop eForm builder allows administrators to design site-specific workflows, onboarding processes, document uploads, and vendor accreditation checks. Businesses can assign forms at different stages of the visitor journey, ensuring protocols and regulatory requirements are met before, during, and after site access. Site360 also provides real-time dashboards, business insights, and detailed reporting on visitor activity across multiple locations. The platform supports iOS and Android mobile applications, remote monitoring, user messaging, safety checks, and license validation, making it a comprehensive and future-ready visitor management system.
