Production capabilities: offset and UV offset, screen and digital accents; hot foil stamping (single or multi-foil), emboss/deboss, blind deboss, spot UV, soft-touch and anti-scuff laminations, textured wraps, duplexing, laser detailing, die-cutting, magnet closures, ribbon pulls, and velvet-wrapped EVA or paperboard inserts. Typical tolerances are ±0.5 mm for clean fits; we target ΔE ≤ 1.5 for repeatable color across batches, with jig-assisted magnet alignment and controlled curing to eliminate rub-off and maintain a uniform finish.

Sustainability options include FSC-certified papers, soy-based inks, water-based adhesives, plastic-free primary packs, and localized converting in the UAE to reduce freight footprint. We can prototype quickly, scale from 1,000 to 100,000+ units, and manage seasonal peaks without compromising quality.

Quality and testing: drop tests, humidity cycling, transit simulations, and 100% visual checks at key stages. Every project is documented with material specifications, finish swatches, and a signed golden sample to lock standards for re-orders.
