Optimize4Success is a family owned and operated business in Burbank CA. The founders, Jeremy and Jayne Dickson, a husband and wife team launched O4S in 2016. On any given day, when you call the office you’ll be able to get one of them on the line. They are very hands-on in the day to day operations. They source the most current software, certified experts in each field, and they partner with the most reputable companies to bring their clients the best experience. They make every effort to connect with their clients whenever possible “There isobody sitting at a corner office at O4S, we all contribute with campaigns to ensure we achieve the highest ROI possible for each client.” Jeremy, the CEO, has over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing sector. Having worked with the best and some of the worst companies throughout his career, he saw many areas for improvement, but being an employee, you can only take things so far. He wanted to create a digital marketing company where the clients received the communication and results that they had been looking for, and he knew he was able to provide them at a reasonable cost. Jayne, the COO, has been in management starting at the young age of 16, working with teams in several different verticals.. After their son was born, Jayne started an ecommerce business and began getting heavily involved with the marketing aspect. Jeremy and Jayne are what you’d call serial entrepreneurs, they have formed several businesses together and individually, as well as consulting for other companies. The one constant thriving venture has always been their award winning marketing firm, O4S that they will both tell you they pour their hearts into. In January 2021, The Dickson’s sold their last company to focus solely on 04S and family.
