The Katona & Partners Attorneys At Law was established in 2005 as a spin-off from a well-known Austrian law firm. The successful cooperation of the firm's lawyers began in 2000.

Since autumn 2007 we also have a branch office in Germany, since 2019 in Hamburg, offering our clients legal services on the spot.

Currently, our four legal associates provide our clients with comprehensive legal consulting services in all areas of economic law.

We see ourselves as a so called ‘full service' law office and render legal advice to our clients in all fields of business law. The legal service of our law firm comprises assistance especially at the fields of commercial and corporate law (as foundation, corporate changes, M&A or winding up proceeding), debt collection, insolvency law and company reorganization, financial and tax consultancy services and also employment and real estate law, furthermore litigation.

All of our lawyers have conversational German, English and Hungarian language skills. Our office is a member of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The founder of the office, Dr. Géza Katona, is an arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court organized by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
