Smart Shower is an intelligent household system that transforms the way users interact with water consumption and personal hygiene. Paired with a mobile app, it allows users to control water temperature, track usage statistics, and receive firmware updates. A web dashboard provides additional insights, making the system ideal for both convenience and sustainability. <h2>CHALLENGES</h2><ul><li>Enabling real-time, stable data synchronization between the shower device and mobile application</li><li>Dividing water usage into distinct user sessions while maintaining measurement accuracy</li><li>Displaying detailed session data on a web dashboard for ongoing user review</li><li>Ensuring Bluetooth-based mobile control of shower settings without connectivity lags or power drain</li></ul> <h2>APPROACH</h2>With a tight delivery timeline, we selected Flutter to develop a cross-platform mobile app efficiently. Communication between the app and shower head was enabled via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to preserve battery life.To minimize cloud data usage, synchronization is limited to specific Wi-Fi connections and time intervals. We implemented OTA DFU (Over-the-Air Firmware Updates) to ensure devices stay current without manual servicing. EV Charging Platform is a full-scale ecosystem for electric vehicle charging, offering fast and reliable access to certified EV stations. The system features three access levels: a mobile app and private office for EV drivers, a backoffice for charging station partners, and a supreme office for platform owners.﻿<h2>CHALLENGES</h2><ul><li>Designing scalable architecture from scratch to support millions of users</li><li>Allowing users to book charging sessions and guaranteeing charger availability</li><li>Integrating services for HORECA businesses like hotels and restaurants</li><li>Supporting and synchronizing multiple charge point protocols within a single control server</li></ul> <h2>APPROACH</h2>We built an independent queue server to manage all reservations and synchronize station availability in real time. Charging stations are displayed as maps, lists, or by categories, with advanced filters to help users find the right spot.All versions of the OCPP protocol were developed from scratch to ensure universal compatibility with EV hardware. The Face Recognition Device is a hardware-software system that automates time tracking using advanced face recognition technology. The face recognition engine was optimized to run asynchronously, offloading image processing to background threads.We developed cross-platform compatibility for both Linux-based devices and standard desktops using USB cameras.
