Before founding VTS, Michal served as Head of IT at a global health economics consultancy and is a certified project manager with a track record of delivering complex software projects for blue-chip companies on time and within budget. As CEO, he shapes VTS’s global strategy, prioritizing strong client relationships. Based in the Peak District with his family, Michal balances work, family life, and a passion for rebuilding their home in his spare time.
Leszek, our CTO, is a true software development maestro. With a Master’s in Computer Science from the Silesian University of Technology and another in Software Engineering from Cranfield University, he has been a software professional since 2007. Leszek combines deep theoretical knowledge with practical experience, leading projects across the US, UK, and Europe. Splitting his time between Gliwice and Manchester, he enjoys martial arts.
