Verge Systems Inc. was founded in 2007 by a University of Minnesota graduate. The company since it's inception started helping organizations to transform into digital platforms. We helped companies with our business solutions for their Financials, HR, Microcredit, LMS, Inventory, and other processes. In 2011, Verge Systems launched its flagship product over the cloud platform and on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Soon WebHR became the #1 cloud-based HR solution by Gartner, Software Advice, PASHA, and others. The company pioneered in SaaS-based platforms and launched another mega project Smart Pupils. SP is one of the top School Management Software for LMS and School Management activities. Besides its SaaS-based projects, Verge Systems developed customized solutions for local and international clients.
