At the time of engagement, AJ Produkter's primary marketing channels were offline. During discussions with UKAD, the following challenges were identified:<ul><li>Increase online sales.</li><li>Simplify and upgrade the content management process for editors across 19 countries using an alternative tool to an outdated desktop application.</li><li>Revamp the website to meet modern UX and UI standards.</li><li>Make the subsidiary brand website (Ojega) mobile-friendly.</li><li>Expand the company's digital presence.</li></ul><h2>Solutions</h2>Our collaboration with AJ Produkter has evolved into a productive long-term partnership, blending the client’s business and design insights with UKAD's technical expertise. We successfully implemented the following solutions to meet their business goals:<ul><li>Upgraded the existing website's back-end and front-end code (server and UI components).</li><li>Developed a&nbsp;custom Optimizely&nbsp;tool to simplify banner and campaign management for international editors using a WYSIWYG model.</li><li>Created a mobile version of the Ojega brand website.</li><li>Built and set up two additional informational websites: the corporate site and a product solution platform featuring design services and product installation examples.</li><li>Enhanced website performance, achieving a fast load time for both desktop and mobile.</li><li>Provided&nbsp;ongoing technical support&nbsp;for the company’s websites.</li></ul><h2>Results</h2>The website modernization (new design, high performance, smart search, product suggestions based on machine learning algorithms, and delivery time calculation) resulted in a two and a half-fold increase in online sales, with online channels surpassing offline ones. Tangy Market is transforming the music industry by enabling private investments in music royalties. Users can buy, sell, and trade shares of songs, albums, and catalogs through a fractionalized investment model that supports artists directly. Each investment works as an advance payment, turning royalties into tradable assets.Tangy Market partnered with UKAD in February 2022, initially for front-end development in React Native. Over time, UKAD took over both front-end and back-end development, as well as a complete UX/UI redesign. Empowering music investors: the Tangy Market

The UKAD team was responsible for the web development part of this project. It means more than ten local websites with complex layouts that require lots of effort to bring perfect management experience and successful interactions with users. As well, this solution should be SEO-friendly and promotable if we're working on an eCommerce project with great ambitions.Focus Nordic is quite an unusual eCommerce platform so it requires a bit more sophisticated architecture. Thus, the solution is designed using microservices, as this approach perfectly meets the technical requirements and makes the development faster and more flexible.To harness microservices, we allocated&nbsp;certified .NET developers&nbsp;and used Azure Kubernetes Services or AKS. AKS is used to reduce peak loads' impact on performance by scaling and provides several more curious features, such as deployment without downtime. Simply put, AKS creates duplicates of the most demanded services, so Focus Nordic always performs great without restrictions.In this project, we utilized&nbsp;React Server-Side Rendering&nbsp;(SSR), a widely adopted approach for high-traffic platforms. SSR optimizes performance by rendering pages on the server before sending them to users, ensuring quicker load times and a smooth browsing experience, especially on content-heavy sites like Focus Nordic. This technique enhances both user experience and SEO, making it a fitting choice for the platform’s complex architecture. To facilitate seamless interaction between the front and back end, we also implemented GraphQL, a powerful tool that enables efficient data handling and contributes to a responsive, optimized user experience.Content management for Focus Nordic is driven by Umbraco. This choice ensures a user-friendly and intuitive editor experience, meaning managers encounter no complexity despite the solution's intricate structure. Consequently, the Customer's team can effortlessly accomplish tasks with just a few clicks, leading to optimized workflow efficiency and reduced time spent on routine operations.With these novations, the UKAD team expected that the platform should meet all the requirements, both on technical and managemental sides, provide a really unique experience to visitors, and become a powerful tool of promotion.
