Our secret to success is to have a long term relationship with our clients and a lifetime relationship with our employees which is driven by our mission to “Grow software professionals that foster the economic and social stability of the region by crafting quality software” We grow professionals first through our apprenticeship program where we take talented recent college graduates and put them through an experience where they learn on the job on low risk projects where everyone knows what to expect from them, in the same way that Lawyers or Physicians learn after their formal training. We don’t operate as individuals, we operate as a team, we are part of a community that fosters and encourages us to ask for help, to ask for feedback and to get better.
