After accumulating over 15 years of experience at leading technology consulting firms like Accenture and Deloitte, we founded IT Squad in 2020.  We have since grown into a team of over 100 business & data analysts, full-stack developers, and UX/UI designers from Poland—troubleshooting problem-solvers and technology experts who excel at assisting companies during critical challenges. Together, we are crafting cutting-edge digital solutions, with a focus on the finance, healthcare, insurance & retail sectors. We have witnessed the challenges faced by many businesses. Whether they worked with an external vendor or relied on internal IT capabilities, the problems were generally universal. We have overseen and managed hundreds of projects and we know what to look for and how to get projects back on track.
