Insightful Technologies is a huge contributor in helping us update our systems. They've built internal portals for our customer base and our dealer base, and as we continue to grow, we use them to enhance those two solutions they created for us.Regarding the process, we start with a meeting to lay out what we want, whether it's a solution or an upgrade to a solution. We look to them for advice and insight, what they’ve seen, and what they think is the best way for us to go — there’s back and forth communication regarding getting everything set up. After that, they put out a great statement of work for us and have a kickoff meeting to start the task.

Insightful Technologies was asked to build our mental health practice and entirely new website that effectively communicated our brand and converted visitors into clients. Additionally, Insightful was asked to build SEO such that our targeted clients visit the site and convert to clients. Insightful Technologies was also tasked with building PPC campaigns that targeted specific client populations and converted them to clients.

We hired Insightful Technologies to redesign our applications and create a design system. They completely redesigned our customer-facing application and made many suggestions. They came up with a new design system and modified the user flow in certain places to ensure the customers had the best experience while they worked through our apps. They primarily worked in Figma.

We hired Insightful Technologies to redesign our application. We initially provided our designs and some documentation, but it was a standard iOS and Android app. They opened our designs; we had them in PhotoShop. Then, they helped us implement them in Figma and redesigned most of the app. Additionally, Insightful helped our engineers implement the changes in the frontend.
