Guillotine is a specialist influencer relations agency for AAA and indie video games, based in North Wales, UK, and operating globally across three time zones.

Founded in 2024 by Jake Kulkowski - one of Europe’s first full-time, games-focused influencer relations specialists. The agency does one thing only: influencer relations. Services span creator research and selection, organic launch campaigns, paid creator activations, event and consumer-show support, and embedded partnership with in-house comms teams across EMEA, North America and Central Europe.

Guillotine is the Agency of Record for SEGA, Behaviour Interactive (Dead by Daylight), Bandai Namco, Capcom, Konami and Team17, with 100+ campaigns delivered on titles including Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree and Dispatch - winner of Best Marketing Campaign at the Develop:Star Awards 2026.

Deliberately selective, Guillotine takes on only a few studios at a time. We are not an everything agency.
