On April 2019, CEVA was acquired by CMA CGM, a leading worldwide shipping group, to form a strategic partnership with the aim to offer end-to-end logistics solutions to each partner's customers.  At the same time, CMA CGM Log, the former logistic arm of the CMA CGM Group, joined CEVA Logistics on 1 October, 2019 to extend CEVA Logistics global footprint in Ocean Freight Management and it's product portfolio.With more than 58,000 employees and a global presence in 160 countries.
