Currently, their team handles everything from integrating the framework with other tools to creating new tests, monitoring execution, analyzing failures, and updating obsolete tests. The workflow is highly efficient and straightforward. We hold weekly meetings to review progress and set priorities, with ongoing communication throughout the week to resolve issues or address blockers. A dedicated project manager is available for any team-related concerns, though I’ve only needed to engage with them for expanding the team, as there have been no issues with the collaboration.
