Rasmussen Planning, Inc. (RPI) provides a full range of land use planning consulting services for public agencies and private sector clients generally in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout Northern California. These services include master development plan coordination, resort planning, sea level rise risk assessment and eminent domain and other complex land use legal disputes. As president of RPI, Wayne Rasmussen draws from more than 35 years of land use planning experience and has held positions such as planning director, deputy city manager, and other planning roles with four San Francisco Bay Area cities.
