outsourcing4work was founded in 1993 and we have evolved from software developers to consultants in human resources and providers of IT professionals. At an early stage, we learned about the benefits, but also the risks, of using international teams and remote work. For smooth cooperation we therefore actively support our customers with German, certified IT coordinators. Our longstanding experience has led to the creation of a well-rehearsed, digital infrastructure, and communication structure, from which our customers benefit. We live the philosophy of functioning remote work ourselves as a 100% remote company. We have been working fully remotely for almost 10 years and we’re a team of 150+ people living and working remotely in 20+ countries around the world.

Today outsourcing4work is one of the oldest and most successful 100% remote companies in Germany.
